Located in Houston, Texas, Noorul Quran by Touch Blind Center is a 501(a)3 tax-exempt organization founded by Zabeehullah Faiz, a visionary leader who is himself blind. The center is dedicated to empowering blind Muslims by providing Islamic educational opportunities through Braille.
Our Mission
Our mission is to ensure that the blind community has access to Islamic and general education at no cost. We are proud to have highly qualified teachers who bring their unique skills and perspectives to teach the word-by-word recitation and understanding of the Book of Allah.
